This is my most supportive and in-depth coaching option — combining weekly 1:1 personal training sessions with full online coaching and accountability support.
THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS!

It’s designed for women who want the best of both worlds: hands-on guidance in person, plus structure and consistency in their everyday routine outside the gym.

We follow the same framework as my online coaching, but with the added benefit of weekly in-person sessions to support your technique, confidence, and progression.

Each week, you’ll have:

  • 1 x personal training session focused on your form, strength, and individual goals

  • a personalised training and lifestyle plan to follow between sessions

  • clear goal setting so you always know what you’re working towards

  • ongoing support with movement, nutrition, sleep, and routine building

  • accountability check-ins to keep you consistent and on track

  • regular 4-week reviews to assess progress and adjust your plan

This approach allows us to work on your goals from every angle — not just what happens in the gym, but how you live day to day.

It’s perfect if you want structure, guidance, and consistency, while still having that hands-on coaching session each week to build confidence and refine your technique.

You don’t have to figure it out alone — I’m there with you both inside and outside the gym, helping you stay focused, supported, and consistent.
