How Online Coaching Works
Online coaching is designed to support you in creating sustainable habits, improving your health and wellness, and building a routine that works for your lifestyle.
The process is personalised to you every step of the way.
1. Consultation Questionnaire
You’ll begin with a detailed consultation questionnaire covering:
Health and wellness history
Current routines and lifestyle habits
Previous fitness experiences
Medical concerns or injuries
Goals and motivations
What you enjoy and don’t enjoy when it comes to movement, exercise, and wellness
This helps me gain a full understanding of you, your lifestyle, and the best approach to support your goals.
2. Personalised Plan of Action
Using your questionnaire, I’ll create a personalised plan of action tailored to your goals, lifestyle, experience level, and preferences. This may include training, movement, wellness habits, routine support, and lifestyle guidance.
3. Goal Setting Call
We’ll then jump on a goal-setting call to talk through your plan together. This is your opportunity to ask questions, make adjustments, and ensure the plan feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with you.
4. Begin Coaching
Once everything is set up, your coaching begins. You’ll receive:
App access for your program and progress tracking
WhatsApp support for guidance, accountability, and questions
Ongoing support throughout your journey
5. Four-Week Check-Ins & Catch-Up Calls
Every four weeks, we’ll check in to:
Reassess your progress
Evaluate your goals
Realign your plan where needed
Celebrate wins and work through challenges
We’ll have a catch-up call every four weeks to ensure your coaching continues to evolve with you and your lifestyle.
From there, we continue following the same process : reassessing, refining, and progressing together to help you build long-term, sustainable results.

This is my most supportive and in-depth coaching option — combining weekly 1:1 personal training sessions with full online coaching and accountability support.

It’s designed for women who want the best of both worlds: hands-on guidance in person, plus structure and consistency in their everyday routine outside the gym.
We follow the same framework as my online coaching, but with the added benefit of weekly in-person sessions to support your technique, confidence, and progression.
Each week, you’ll have:
1 x personal training session focused on your form, strength, and individual goals
a personalised training and lifestyle plan to follow between sessions
clear goal setting so you always know what you’re working towards
ongoing support with movement, nutrition, sleep, and routine building
accountability check-ins to keep you consistent and on track
regular 4-week reviews to assess progress and adjust your plan
